Chapter III Electric control system of fuel dispenser Article I Main functions of electric control syst fuel dispenser em for fuel dispenser Fuel dispenser is operated under electric control, realizing refueling process. Its main function brief as followed: calculation of volume and sales: measuring CPU collect flow data from pulse sen fuel dispenser sor, and count volume and sales according to certain calculating method. Finally these data display on screen. Pulse sensor inspection: lock fuel dispenser as sensor occur trouble. Starting motor, stop control, switch on and off solenoid valve. Display function: show various filling information on screen Dialogue function: filing staff realize general operation through keyboard, display screen and nozzle switch. Network communication function: all fuel dispenses in network are managed and controlled by centre-control computer. Article II Electric control system configuration of fuel dispenser 1. General structure Diagram 3-1 illustrated single nozzle fuel dispenser, mechanical section showed in broken line ---- also called hydraulic components, yet real line is showing the electric section (system) of fuel dispenser, including measuring main board, keyboard, display screen, control circuit of motor and solenoid valve, motor, solenoid valve, pulse sensor, nozzle switch, power supply board, junction box of AC current and communication box. People have started buying old carts for peanuts and bringing them up to speed with lift kits, oversized tyres, more powerful fuel dispenser motors and roll bars. The end result is something closer to a mini-Hummer. They can do 50 miles (81km) an hour, and that s uphill. Some 3m-4m Americans may now own versions of these. Many of them are in Arizona, with its golf courses and desert trails, but the carts are also popular in California, Georgia, the Carolinas and Florida. The trend has been creeping up since 1996, when shops began selling do-it-yourself parts. Buggies Unlimited, a shop in Richmond, Kentucky, won 100,000 customers in three years by selling DIY speed and power systems for half the price of the customised version. Yahoo! now has three online forums, and Buggies Unlimited has another, where owners can post pictures of their projects, plus questions and information. Early this summer 200 people and 70 golf cars attended the second annual Buggy Bonanza in Richmond. Publications are emerging too. The second issue of Cart Wheelin launched by two owners in Glendale, Arizona, is out and doing well. All these things celebrate the camaraderie and joy of carts. Mel Travis, a welder from Phoenix, loves his 1977 Western House Marketeer, a raised, 36-bolt electric golf cart that took him a year to build “It really makes me feel like a man. Some people still try selling completed carts or customised ser fuel dispenser
